FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1: Do you serve halal food?
Yes, all our meats are halal. HMC approved.

BOOKING

2: How far in advance do I need to book you?
If you know your event date, we always recommend you book to save your date as soon as possible. Months fill up quickly, & weekend days any time of year are especially likely to fill up. Once you have signed your contract & paid your initial deposit, your date is locked in & on our calendar.

PRICE

3: Do you have one standard fixed price per head for the catering?
We do not have one fixed rate because each event is different. Our pricing is determined by venue logistics, travel, number of guests, menu choices and timings of the event.

4: Are there any other catering charges applicable, and I should budget?
Staff travel costs will apply if your chosen venue is outside London Zone 1 to 6. If your chosen venue does not have adequate kitchen facilities, an additional charge will apply to hire a satellite kitchen, calculated based on the menu and number of guests.

5: How much time do I have to make changes to my menu?
Menus must be finalised no less than 30 days before your event so that we can prepare accordingly.

5: Do you charge for children?
We charge the same price for children unless they do not require a place setting. While we appreciate that children eat less, we still need a complete place setting, crockery, cutlery, glassware, staffing, etc.

FOOD TASTING

6: Do you offer food tastings?
Yes, we offer one complimentary tasting as part of the package.
For the tasting, the chefs will create a sample menu from our event catering and include some of our most popular signature dishes to provide quality assurance and an opportunity for you to customise the menu to suit your taste. We can accommodate up to four guests for the tasting, and any further guests attending will be charged £45.00 per head.
We appreciate that food is one of the essential parts of an event. Therefore it is imperative that we, as your caterers, get this perfect. We will arrange for you to sample a menu from an actual event instead of dishes explicitly created for food tasting. We provide you with a realistic and honest insight into our food quality in terms of taste and presentation. We advise that all the key decision-makers are present as further tastings are chargeable.
